COVID Protocol

Please call before coming in to schedule your appointment. We are following all the mandated protocol, rules and regulations posted by NYS.GOV, the NYS DOH, CDC and the NYC DOH.

 

We require FULL cooperation from our patients in following the COVID-19 policies:

 

  • Review and abide by our Questionnaire (posted outside the office and sent via email to clients prior to the appointment)
  • Allow for a temperature check upon entry
  • Do not bring any friend, family member, child or any other party to our location during your appointment.
  • Contact us if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 that may interfere with your scheduled appointment.
  • Please note there will be no cancellation fees during the COVID pandemic.

Clients will be asked to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as follows:

 

  • Must be wearing PPE (face covering) upon entry to our location.
  • Use hand-sanitizer or hand-washing station upon entry.
  • Only remove PPE if asked by your Medical Provider for procedure specific protocols

Social Distancing

Cleaning Protocol

Multiple hand hygiene stations

All staff will be wearing masks

Procedure specific protocols

Spaced out appointments slots to promote social distancing guidelines

Anti-viral/anti-bacterial sanitization to all surfaces after each appointments.


 

Note that all procedures are a standard protocol in our dental office but we want to reassure our patients that it is in practice.
